Premiere for Denk Pharma on April 1st: For the very first time, the onboarding for new employees was held via video conference.
During this conference various departments introduced themselves and explained internal processes. Organizational issues were also discussed to give an overview of important contacts and information on the company to the new team members.
All participants received helpful tips for their first days and initial questions were answered. In addition, they were able to get in touch with other new colleagues via video.
