According to the WHO, two-thirds of all cancer diseases are nowadays diagnosed in developing and emerging countries. As part of the Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Denk Pharma sponsored the charity breast cancer run „Yo corro por ellas“ in Nicaragua on October 19, 2019. On the one hand, the solidarity run was supposed to build awareness for the disease breast cancer. On the other hand, it highlighted the importance of physical activity for the prevention of cancer. More than 2,000 people took part in the run. All earnings from the charity run will be for the benefit of cancer patients.
